As a person affected, you can assert the following rights at any time.

Right of access to information
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right to access your personal data stored by us. This includes the right to information about the origin of the data, the recipients, and the purpose of the data processing.

Right to erasure, blocking and correction
Furthermore, you have the right to erase or block your data stored by us and to correct personal data. If due to legal obligations your data may not be deleted, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data.

Right to object
You can object to the data processing by us at any time.

Right to withdraw
You have the right to revoke your consent already given to us at any time informally with effect for the future.

Right to dataportability
You also have the right to transfer your data processed by us to yourself or to third parties.

Right to appeal
In case of a violation of data protection regulations you have the right to contact the responsible supervisory authority. The respective authority for you depends on the country of your place of residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

Purposes of data processing/legal bases
The processing of your personal data is confined to the purposes stated in this declaration.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data arises on the one hand from the fulfillment and execution of a contract in accordance to Article 6 para. 1 lit. b EUDataP. This includes, amongst other things, the billing of services, the invoicing and the corresponding communication by e-mail, telephone or by mail. Thus, for example, contact details (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) and business transaction data (banking and payment data) are processed.
In addition, the processing of other personal data according Article 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO can be based on your consent. The granted consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
Another admissibility of data processing lies in the protection of our legitimate interests according Article 6 para. 1 lit. f EUDataP, for example to enforce legal claims, to defend against legal disputes or to implement IT security measures.
Furthermore, the processing is carried out on the basis of legal regulations in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. c EUDataP, for example for the fulfillment of commercial and tax-related retention obligations and for the fulfillment of reporting or disclosure obligations to authorities etc.

Recipient of personal data
A transmission of data takes place in compliance with the legal framework.
Within our corporate group, only the entities that have access to your data for the purposes mentioned above are given access.
The following categories of recipients of your data for the stated purposes are possible:
• Companies of the thvm group
• Client, subcontractors, suppliers
• Authorities and public bodies/institutions, courts
• Notaries, legal and tax consultants, experts, collection service provider
• Auditors
• Insurance companies
• Credit and financial institutions
• Processor
If for different business transactions processors according Article 28 EUDataP are used, corresponding processing contracts have been concluded with these service providers.
A transfer to third countries does not take place.

Deletion or blocking of data
The principle of data minimization is our top priority. We only process your data for as long as necessary to achieve the stated purposes or adhere to statutory retention periods. A deletion or blocking of the data takes place after completion of the purpose or expiration of the statutory retention periods. 

Collecting general information when visiting our website
When you visit our website, the following login data are collected:
• IP address
• Date and time of request (timestamp)
• Path of the destination address wihout domain (request line)
• Status code at pageview
• Size of the temporarily downloaded data (response body)
• Website that was previously visited (Referer)
• Type and version of the browser and the operating system (user agent).
This information is automatically transmitted by your browser and automatically stored by our provider. They are technically necessary to deliver the requested contents of the website correctly. It is processed in particular for the following purposes:
• Ensuring a hassle-free connection of the website
• Ensuring a smooth use of our website
• Evaluation of system security and stability
• Statistical evaluations based on the log data.
This information does not allow us to make any conclusions about your person.
Storage of the IP address by the provider takes place for detection and defense against attacks for a maximum of 7 days.
The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 para. 1 lit. b EUDataP, according to which the data processing is allowed for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, for example by request for our services. Furthermore, there is a legitimate interest for the aforementioned purposes for collecting data in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 lit. f EUDataP.

Website encryption
We use encryption procedures over HTTPS to protect transmission and security. Data transmitted by you is therefore illegible by third parties.

Contact form website
If you contact us by e-mail or contact form because of questions of any kind, you give us your consent for the purpose of establishing contact.
In order to be able to process your request, the transmitted data is stored. This information is used to assign your request and the subsequent answer.
The processing of your data is based on Article 6 para. 1 lit. a EUDataP, which allows data processing based on the consent of the data subject. The consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Application
In the course of your application, we collect and process the following personal application data:
• First name und surname
• Address
• Contact details such as telephone number, e-mail
• Application documents such as letter of application, CV, certificates etc.
The collecting and processing of your personal application data are exclusively earmarked for the filling of positions within our corporate group. In principle, your data only will be forwarded to the inhouse bodies and specialist departments of our corporate group responsible for the specific application process.
Any further use or transfer of your application data to third parties will not take place.
A deletion of your personal application data takes place automatically six months after completion of the application process. This does not apply insofar as statutory provisions preclude deletion, further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or you have expressly consented to a longer storage period.
If we are unable to provide you with a vacancy, but your profile suggests that your application may be of interest for future job postings, we will store your personal application information for a period of twelve months, if you expressly consent to such storage and use.

Social Media
We use a plugin of the social network Facebook. This icon is linked to the login page of Facebook. You will be directly forwarded to Facebook through clicking the icon and your user information will be transmitted to Facebook. Please refer to Facebook Privacy Guidelines in order to know more about its policy of personal data handling.

Necessity of data processing
You are not obliged to provide us your personal data. Please note that without provision of personal data, neither contact support nor any contract conclusion are possible.

Change of our data privacy statement
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to always comply with the latest legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services.
Your new visit will be subject to the new privacy policy.
